Kent tried to declare himself a sovereign citizen and claimed to have renounced his citizenship. He openly bragged about refusing to pay taxes and made intentionally structured transactions to avoid alerting the IRS to his money.

Only the most pathetically brainwashed people still take Kent Hovind seriously. There's a reason why a jury convicted him. Because the evidence was overwhelming.
