For example... nowhere in that whole article does it say WHY the police went to that apartment. I would think that was a crucial piece of information.
Not to mention, if you live in a high crime neighborhood, you can't expect the same treatment as if you lived in a low crime neighborhood.

Also, at 0:28 you can SEE the guy on the couch has woken, rose up and turned around with the gun in his hand.
I mean the cops are shouting "search warrant". The proper response to that is NOT to get up, with gun and turn to face the police officers.

You don't get to judge someone's cognitive performance immediately after shocking them awake. Soldiers will kill in this state. You also don't know what dreams the person may be experiencing at the time.
