That they have a bias and objective doesn't bother me, everyone does. That they use their energy actually exposing misconduct instead of covering it up is enough for me to call them better journalists than the MSM

I agree, which says a lot about the trustworthiness of the MSM, but doesn't necessarily imply that PV is good or trustworthy journalism.



Their bias doesn't bother me either. Like you said, their bias isn't all that much higher than that of many mainstream outlets which are considered high-quality. What does bother me is that they fabricate and/or deceptively edit their videos to present a highly misleading and sensationalized story which does not reflect the actual events or message of their target.

I would put it as saying that if the shoe was on the other foot and right-wing people like PV had control of the mainstream media, they'd be every bit as crooked as the MSM is for the left. They don't have any more integrity by default, just circumstance. And its my inclination to always support the underdog against the corrupt system. They don't have the opportunity to be as dishonest and manipulative as the MSM has, because the MSM is trying to cover for a political faction rife with malfeasance and insanity. When you shake things up, there's a chance to restore sanity, and I'd hope that if the pendulum actually does swing back the other way eventually, it won't be people like PV in charge.

The biggest argument against Right Wing extremism and believing people like Project Veritas are the kinds of people who advocate for this stuff.



Can't do false equivalence between just making things up and making fake skits and reporting things with an ideological bias. You guys act like the media was unfair to Trump when he was talking about grabbing women by their pussys and calling senator's wives fat on Twitter. They weren't unfair to him, he was just that bad, and nobody running for president has ever acted with such lack of class and dignity. There is this thing where you want people treated equally and all that, but when someone is so obviously beneath the other person like Trump was with Biden on stage standing next to him it was obvious who was the better person and seven million more people across the US voted for the better man.

Trump was as bad as half the media made him out to be. The other halfwas like you and absolutely could not admit the obvious and glaring flaws in their candidate, they would act like a politician kissing a baby was the same as a politician paling around with Jeffrey Epstein for decades and sexualizing his own daughter, like the people on this forum do all the time, and they themselves are the biggest argument against their ideology, because they end up defending pedophiles and calling false equivalences like CNN and Project Veritas "both being dishonest" in the same way that both myself and Serena Williams can play tennis.

No comparing Project Veritas to the media. You can compare it to Mad Television if want but Mad Television has better writing, costumes, and buy in from the audience, who is on average smarter than the person who believes anything from Project Veritas.

And its the fact the left gets hung up on stuff like Trump being pugilistic and uncouth, when the right gets hung up on stuff like liberals creating institutionalized discrimination on skin color for life saving medication during a pandemic. That's the false equivalency we deal with all the time. PV and other right-wing goons are out there trying to pull the 'gotcha' moment on democrats by uncovering their actual scandals and malfeasance, which is plentiful enough to give them material. And the MSM is out there running defense and trying to cover up that malfeasance and crucify anyone who calls out the facts. The MSM faked their accounts of the ACORN videos to deny their legitimacy, all the way up to the SCOTUS blowing them out. The MSM was caught red handed covering up scandals during the elections and social media jumping in to directly censor anything that could help the Republicans. Whereas when the equation is reversed, we see democrats out there trying to dig up tapes of Republicans being politically incorrect yet bluntly honest and relatable, or seek witch hunts into accusations which are obviously false and conjured up out of nothing because they spent years digging for any dirt and couldn't find any. You want me to care so deeply that Trump said that when you're a playboy billionaire television star celebrity, women throw themselves at you and let you do anything. To which the average voter said "no fucking shit", not "oh dear me how scandalous". Which is why Hillary's big dirty trick bombshell was a dud and lost her the election, and why it amazes me we still haven't beaten the bloody pulp of this dead horse into the ground enough to lay it to rest. But at the same time, I'm supposed to disregard right-wing fringe media when they produce actual, verifiable and substantive evidence of scandals like Ilhan Omar marrying her own brother, or the Bidens profiteering from the Ukrainian coup, or the Bidens covering up crimes of Hunter to the point of threatening his dead son's widow when she tried to protect her teenager daughter from Hunter's sexual depredations.

We're at a point as a country where not only is the MSM covering for the misconduct of the administration and a legion of followers are hostile to the journalists trying to expose it, but the administration is willing to send storm troopers to knock down the doors of those journalists in the middle of the night, raid their homes, steal their devices and expose their contacts and immediately leak it to that friendly MSM to weaponize against them. And somehow you've got it in your mind that you're on the right side of this story.
