The government passed a set of laws in the early 1900’s that made it nearly impossible to sue a corporation.
And even then, the business owners are usually shielded from jailtime.
The meaning of free market is to get as close as possible to a fair and consensual transaction. Transacting in health care is impossible because the commodities involved are too complicated to be understood before the transaction takes place. I dont think there is any easy solution there other than forcing their legal team to get an exorcism.
