Wow your intelligence is glaring. Rhode Island is one of the most historically important states in the union. The American industrial revolution started a few blocks from where I grew up. Newport was the third biggest city pre revolution.
Delaware has been the corporate homeland forever, though Virginia has been taking its place. Delaware is also basically where chickens come from if that matters to you lol.
Not really trying to defend Delaware, as it is flat and awful. I mean if you sell heroin Wilmington or seaford are great places to make connections >_>
