The word "negro" isn't offensive in any way. It's no different than calling someone "Black" or "African American."

The problem isn't the word, though - its the double standard. Imagine if someone like Trump had said something like 'Tiger Woods is a great negro - that's why I gave him the medal of freedom.'

The country would have a spaz attack.
