Everybody who was rioting or defending in Kenosha that night agreed to this unwritten pact - that they would all be fucking around and potentially finding out. The place was a war zone; many people were there who should not have been (talking about crossing state lines - tons of those rioters are from POrtland/Cali) and doing things that they knew could have escalated to anything up to and including death.

If 4-5 cops car don't stop for you while you surrender after killing someone, you are good to go.
