This was a transgender student who was a loud to use the FEMALES bathroom as a MAN. ofc letting a male use the womens restroom is a problem. The school administrators didn't take it seriously. If this was a NORMAL MAN WHO RAPED A FEMALE IN THE FEMALES RESTROOM. then the administration would have token more action. Perhaps they TOLD THE MAN HE CANT USE THE WOMENS RESTROOOM AFTER THE RAPE. Felt bold enough to commit his crimes else where. Most rapists get more bold after each rape.
