Why is it the man's fault if a woman gets pregnant? Did the man force his sperm at gun point to fertilize the egg? Women are empowered and there are a lot of things they can do such as: getting a hysterectomy, getting their tubes tied, becoming a nun, etc.

It's using the same loophole that the abortion act did and so you can see how stupid it is

Life is full of risks and people made a choice to engage in risky behavior. If a person gets shot, they are unlucky but their choice ultimately led them to that fate. They could have made dozens of other choices to prevent their demise. I'm glad we can agree.



How is it the same logic? A fetus has no agency and can't physically advocate for itself. Women have choices so they CHOOSE to become pregnant. This isn't Afghanistan.
