I like this trend where people confess to committing serious felony misconduct in their book releases, except there's no evidence it actually happened and thus their confession can't be used against them.
Did Milley actually violate the chain of command and commit treason? The kind of offense that compromises our nuclear security so seriously that we executed the Rosenbergs for it?
Maybe. Maybe not. He might just be talking out of his ass. Did Chris Kyle actually shoot looters during Katrina? Nope, he made up bullshit to sell his books too.

There's not enough here to comment on whether Milley is guilty of high crimes, but there's an abundance of evidence that Mark Milley is mind bogglingly incompetent and utterly unfit for a leadership position at a McDonalds overnight shift let alone Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. This is the same guy who was 'trying to understand White Male Rage' while Afghanistan was collapsing. The same guy who drone strikes children and aid workers and holds a press conference saying they have proof it was ISIS-K and they foiled a terror attack.

I think Trump actually had the most keen take, that Milley might have concocted one bullshit story as a way to deflect attention from his botched handling of Afghanistan, basically getting the media to chase Trump instead.

LMFAO! If you're not selling your commentary to Breitbart, you're seriously losing out. You should at least copy what you post and put it on Medium. You'd have a solid audience and could eventually have enough traction for a Substack.

I wish I married into money. Unfortunately, fender's ancestors literally killed most of my wife's family and you can verify this if you visit the Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe (in Berlin). Then the Soviets destroyed whatever remaining wealth they had so fun times (still more than Bernie Sanders pre 2016 though).

Anyone 'member when Democrats freaked out over how Michael Flynn reached out to his foreign counterparts via back channels to calm tensions at the behest of the president-elect?

Most voters have 80 iq headline-level understanding of these issues. They have no idea that Flynn was targeted because he wanted to reform and fire some criminals from the CIA and FBI.

Isn't Milley a Trump appointee though?

i love how a sitting president encouraging his followers to storm the capitol, trying to violently overturn a democratic election, is perfectly fine for trumptards - but a general trying to uphold his oath, defending the constitution against foreign and domestic enemies, is somehow "treason" to them.

There's a pretty strong argument to be made that America didn't even really win WW2.

When we compare the size and GDP of the United States and all of its allies Vs Germany and its rag tag group of Axis bandits, its actually insane how we lost so many casualties in WW2.

D-day can only be described as botched, despite our constant glorification of the 'victory' there - where we sent thousands of men to their deaths thanks to our General's incompetence and lies. We probably would have got the shit kicked out of us in the S.china sea again by the Japanese if we hadn't purchased German minds to complete the Atomb bomb, as well.

When I really think about it, America hasn't actually won a war where they were either tied with or outmatched by the enemy - we've always been the pay to win retard on the block with the most expensive weapons and relying on brute force to win. Unfortunately, the Generals who rely on this strategy are going to be completely irrelevant against China.

lol, what a stupid take. guess what, attacking heavily fortified positions will inevitably result in huge casualties - regardless of the air superiority, the man power and material advantage the allies had at that point. also, nazi germany collapsed pretty soon after that initial costly push was made. ww2 was the last time america entered a fundamentally just war and, alongside its allies, achieved an undisputed and overwhelming victory.
