The societal contract is an agreement between the government and the average citizen of a country.

The citizen promises to support the state and do the best to support it - in response the government is supposed to protect the wellbeing of the average citizen.

I wanted Martin O'Malley to win in 2016 because he was a Moderate Democrat.

Trolling has become, for the right, a convenient excuse to escape any consequences for what they say and do. It's a lever they can pull when they go too far...
