Maintain 1.14 as it is without changing on a server but create a second server that continues with new patches and content. This could be runeward re-works. There's tons that are just unusable like Wind or Lions Heart and many more. Add content, change things, whatever but keep it separate from the server running 1.14. This way purists have their server and they cant complain and people who want to play new content but don't like Diablo 4's mechanics and want something truer to D2 can experience something new. Ill even pay for it.

Just like running wow classic beside wows current expansions.

Sounds like they should just buy GGG and incorporate runewords into Poe.

POE is great and I would argue from a PVM stand point its a no contest. POE has more depth, constant content updates, theory crafting, and a much better end game system.

It lacks PVP and it wont ever have PVP because of its complex system that would be impossible to balance.

I don't know % population of Diablo that PVP's but I think its fairly high.

Considering i have some vouching my shit in Pm. I'd be tempted to agree that mods don't care much. Took me a shitload of warns from that same mod to get my 10%. When he came back from his d2jsp break, he had to point out to someone he felt happy he was more direct with people because prior to that, he was what he considered "weak" .
