There really aren't enough trans people to come up with a company-wide policy (at least my company). I can understand outward facing industries like advertising and what not. Either way, I don't think it's a big deal. I don't get upset when I see it.

i found a method !
would help, in english i propose: he + she => "esh" (pronounce "eeesh")
in french: il + elle => iel (pronounce "yell")
Now i'm waiting to use it ...

It's fine IMO, unless you state otherwise I just use whatever pronoun matches their Anatomy. If a chick wants to be called He. that's cool too.
