Every trolley here has to be paid for, if i leave one on the sidewalk someone saves money or a short walk and thats value right there.

This is roughly 99% of corporations, but they pay lower tax than individual polluting assholes. Local ones near me want to run more crude oil pipelines and setup copper nickle mines near the Boundary Waters. We need an a$$hole tax for them.

I agree they are same cavemen who crap upstream of others drinking water. Inevitably some pollution is unavoidable but that doesn't mean we shouldn't hold other to higher standards
