I just don’t know a single conservative that meets that description in my personal life. And until I see them everywhere, I have to consider your contention a strawman. While it’s true that the people for limited government have no voice anymore, that’s largely a result of gross financial mismanagement, which makes big government a permanent fixture, and entrenched vote buying, i.e. multi-generational recipients of checks that arrive by mail that will never vote against their own handout. Furthermore, most conservatives I know support police and criminal justice reforms, in the form of increased funding for much, much more training.

Notice how nobody has outed conservatives who aren't racial in their beliefs, an example being George Will, a conservative who is principled and believes in low taxes and limited government. It is the conservatives that have followed the King Birther that have embraced White Identity Politics who are being called what they resemble. There is an old saying...if the shoe fits. George Bush, a Christian and someone who believes that god loves all people hasn't been called a racist or fascist, for anything he has done that the left has hated, even trying to oppress gay couples with the federal government through DOMA (another example of a Group A and a Group B making laws to hurt Group C without consent, input, or consultation from Group C) because it was done with respects to Christianity.

The conservatives who want the police to have the right to kill blacks with no accountability, check Hispanics for papers and lock em up, wanna put the gays back in their place, etc, are actually what people say they are.

Again nobody is calling principled conservatives racist and fascist. Plenty of conservatives have come through this unscathed, and then there are other conservatives who believe black lives don't matter, and they are making themselves heard.

The price for these people not being in the closet is being labeled appropriately :/

Trust me, if the GOP was about low taxes and limited government I might vote for them at this point. I pay a staggering amount of taxes now :(
