I'm hoping Biden wraps this up soon so he can tank the stock market and i can grab more positions.

At this rate that's all we've got to hope for.

I was way up yesterday so I closed all my positions.

I'd love another stock market tank as well.

Did the same, pulled most of my short term stuff out the past week. Waiting for the other shoe to drop and buy up the difference.

I'm kind of surprised that everything is still mainly in the green even with the almost certain Biden Victory.

Markets love stability.

You know what a Biden victory with a Republican senate is? Stable. Nothing's gonna get done for 2 years, more likely 4 years. Shits gonna climb on the same curve as pre-covid for about 4 years, so get into something that likes stability and ignore it.

Also buy AMD. Always buy AMD. The solution is always buy more AMD.

Most people, especially those who's job it is to know, know that historically the economy grows better under Democrats.

We'll see. What you said makes plenty of sense, but i was thinking there would be a panic week or two at the very least.

Nothing wrong with having cash and waiting. I'm not anywhere near retirement so i'll wait until the time is right.

I made out nicely with the Covid crash in march. My only regret is not going all in.

while i see some sharp declines maybe if shutdowns happen in December/January, long-term biden's ridiculous 40%+ capital gains taxes that even regular working people like you and me would pay seem to be avoided for now

then again the runoff races in GA could easily end up going to the (D)s - a 50/50 senate then we maybe worry about market tanking

I didn't reduce any positions, maybe ill get burned for it, maybe I won't. I have no intentions of drawing down for 40 years.

I reduced my positions prior to the 2016 election and got burned by missing out on a significant increase. Obviously every scenario is different but frankly I have no clue how the market will react now, tomorrow, or two months from now.
