I think it's actually you that hasn't seen him speak because it would be difficult to come to the conclusion that Biden has dementia based purely upon his political speeches but Trump doesn't. I can pull up, really, any of Trump's speeches and come to the conclusion that Trump's a moron. Based purely on your deciding factors for dementia I could make the argument that Trump has dementia.

i mean, kamala pretty much hated biden during the primaries, literally crying about how racist he is. and now shes his vp? shes a hypocrite, and probably just hoping/planning that biden kicks the bucket early and she becomes the first female prsident by default without having to go through another embarrassing defeat in the primaries.

This is just how politics works. You have to make sure people know you're not X so if they don't want X they vote for you. Then if you actually want anything done you make concessions and use relationships with fellow party members to make it happen and get their support. By being vp of joe she is infinitely more likely to get things she wants done than not being vp.
