He didn't. He pushed him and the 80 year old fell on his head.

And I have a sneaky feeling that if some random 80 year old got in your face shouting at you, you'd push him away from you as well.

If the 65 year old gets 2 years, I won't care. If he gets 2 high fives, I also won't care.

This idea that just because of a person's age, they should be able to shower abuse on other people is actively discriminatory. The laws don't stop applying to you because you are older or younger.

Masters in social welfare policy just don't see any successful cases coming of that bud. Political ideology isn't a disability, although Trumpism should be.

Clearly you are 100% uninformed. To give you a brief: The majority of permanent breathing disorders/diseases are classed as disabilities. The act prevents discrimination based on disabilities. Virtually every health organization on the planet agrees that those who have breathing disorders are put at great health risk by wearing masks, ie far greater risk than they'd be placing others in by not wearing masks. Thus, by attempting to force them to either wear masks OR stay home, you're discriminating against them (either directly harming their health, or preventing them from conducting business) due to their disability. It's active and criminal discrimination.

"Social Welfare Policy" has absolutely nothing to do with anything.

I get that you're uninformed and unwilling to be informed. But in this case, I do agree with you, your political ideology (shilling for socialism) isn't a disability. It's just stupidity. :)
