Yeah, I don't trust Biden at all. Biden is just another sellout career politician. You can't trust his word, he's flip flopped his stance -- as has Kamala Harris.

Anything for votes and good polling results. No clear boundaries or stances.

Refuses to call out riots for 3 months. Now, "We oppose the riots! But will Trump denounce the violence?"

Suddenly I'm anti-China! And let's bring jobs back to the USA! Build back better! (Meanwhile Trump has spoken against China since 2010 and spoke about bringing back American manufacturing long ago)


Just a joke. Refusing to condemn violent riots for 3 months should be a given decider for most Americans to not support a majority of the current Democratic party.

I remember when I first learned what a politician is

Heard a lot of claims about antifa lighting fires come from magabros hearing blm on the radio and not realising it means bureau of land management.

First I've heard. I'm aware of over a dozen confirmed arrests between Washington, Oregon, and California, with charges leveled. Majority are looting, but 4 are people who have started fires. 1 that I'm aware of has confirmed ties to Black Lives Matter, but nothing I've read indicates he set a random wildfire on behalf of blm. Merely that he's a crazy, self-avowed anarchist that wants to watch the world quite literally burn.

Sorry for the double tap, but I will say that wildfires on the west coast are an annual thing. Been happening as long as west coast history has been recorded.

They've become more severe as environmental regulation has changed that has prevented short life high value cash crops from being harvested in a timely manner. Things like Firs and Spruces that aren't cleared away are explosively flammable, and burn hot enough to spread to a major conflagration with any wind at all.

If responsible logging were still practiced, at least until some of the old plant/replant cash crops could be replaced, the fires wouldn't be so widespread and terrible. But the heat index hasn't been notably higher, or humidity lower than any other time, at least in Oregon. Yet the fires have grown progressively worse over the last 10 years.

Used to be you plant the cash crop, harvest it after x amount of years (while it's still green and unlikely to CAUSE a fire), then perform a controlled burn of the underbrush. The process would cause a migration of the wildlife that had established since the last planting. Once the embers are out, replant the next crop.

Makes it really difficult when you have a massive buildup of dry underbrush plus a few select species of trees that are (relatively) short lived, high sap, and burn at unusually high heat.

The environmental policies themselves are to blame for all too much. The fact that somebody can simply throw a match to burn down 10% of the state? Not a surprise, and not a result of climate change.
