Would say the opposite. I'd say if anything it's a call for additional funding. Increased training or qualification requirements which will have additional training costs or require higher salaries to make it competitive for those who have such qualifications.

If there's a pervasive issue that requires correction it should be structural changes that will likley increase costs.

Unless "defund" simply means to end the current system but not necessary reduce monetary funding.

I've never worked with children I've only worked with adults and seniors. Are you trying to insult me?

Also true. Its pervasive. Mental illness can be treated, autism is managed.

Same medicines are used. Risperdal and Depakote often...clearer thinking and calmness.
