People who find meaning and purpose in working :bonk:

So builders are going to work 40 hours a week to build houses without getting paid for it? How are the builders going to pay for their expenses? And all the construction materials, where are those coming from? Who's going to deliver those for free?

Far left idiots should start thinking about the implications of their wild "ideas"

Bunch of nutcases

You went from "government providing basic public housing and healthcare" to "SO YOU WANT TO ABOLISH MONEY AND WAGES AND MAKE IT SO NOBODY GETS PAID FOR ANYTHING! LOL LIBERALS ARE SO STUPID!"

I know I'm probably the exception because I made a constant effort to do a job I actually want to do but....

If I had 100% of my needs and wants secured I'd still go to work every day, and probably work more. I like what I do and it serves a higher purpose in advancing medicine. I'd probably work more actually, because I can't work more than 40 hours right now because I'm funded from a grant and that grant doesn't accommodate overtime.

Healthcare and education is already done in most of the industrialized world. Basic housing wouldnt be a huge step up.

Can you really say that if you were given a free 1 bedroom apartment that you would stop working? I prefer my back yard, my house, my garden, all things I couldn't do. I think youre being pretty dumb.

do we get backpay for the rent or mortgage payments made on prior homes when we move to a free housing model? including loss of gains i may have made putting those funds into investments etc.

same question i have for free education etc. Seems fair.

We did, it was called the projects. Then the poor fucked up those communities so section 8 was created so that they can “assimilate” when really they just fuck up previously safe neighborhoods. Poor people don’t get sympathy from me. Plenty of free money and programs for poor people to improve themselves. If they don’t take it, so be it. I’m perfectly fine with subsidized housing or even no cost housing for low income workers, but you have to actually work. I wouldn’t mind that at all.

Not a fan. Back to the projects for people who want to do no work and have free food/shelter/etc. I’m fine with spending my tax money to do so.

"Chav" (/tʃæv/), also "charver" and "scally" in parts of Northern England, is a British pejorative term used to describe an anti-social lower-class youth dressed in sportswear.
