Anybody can claim anything on a complaint.
Why would you cite something that refutes your editorializing, Goom? The plaintiffs literally state:
Quote (Goom's Link)
50. Plaintiff further alleges that Defendants, DANNY WANG, M.D., DAVID OH, M.D., and DOES 1 through 100, prescribed the estrogen as an experimental treatment for Plaintiff's "oppositional defiant disorder", in order to counteract the elevated levels of testosterone in his body, which may be associated with the increased delinquency in male youths
Quote (Goom's Link)
134. These experimental medical treatments can take the form of administering medications, such estrogen, to male youths, who they believe may be exhibiting symptoms of oppositional defiant disorder or "ODD", which is correlated with higher levels of testosterone and delinquency in Minors.
Nowhere in the entire document will you find the words "gender", "transition", etc. The very plaintiff in the case describes the 'experimental treatment' being administered because of a medically unsound attempt to lower his testosterone levels because the doctors believed it was a contributing factor to his behavior.
You're literally editorializing this story in a way that the very plaintiff in this case doesn't agree with.
