"democratic party" and "freedom of association" are not the same thing. Surely you know one is a political party and the other is not.
Suggesting the former should be abolished is not saying I want to abolish the latter.

The democrats are a criminal gang of authoritarians, thieves and murderers and their party can be abolished in a number of ways that weren't specified and do not necessitate abolishing freedom of association.
