Turns out the theory of evolution is applicable to damn near everything. Including terrorism.

As an example, the United States has been fighting terror for going on eighteen years now. I'd say that yes, killing them does only create more; each group more radicalized than the next and totally willing to take their jihad to unprecedented levels.
