I am an ironworker, definitely a male dominated profession and sexual harrassment of the few women who work with us has a zero tolerance rate. Over the years I have witnessed 2 knockout punches because some dipshit thought it was okay to harrass an ironworker chic.
It's a joke and every male involved in the harrassment and then firing should be fired. Right now. No exceptions.
