I didn't voluntary enter into an agreement. I need a place to live and never agreed to the system of private property we currently have. My consent was made under coercion since I can't leave the system for a new one.

you had a choice not to be homeless and you chose a home. you could live in a car, camp in public parks, work out an agreement with your employer in leu of pay, etc. you had options, you just didn't take them.

i'll take your spiraling hyperbole to mean you're out of any arguments approaching legitimacy and just wait for skinned to put in any actual effort.

Nah, literally every single one of your criticisms also applies to state taxation. You're actually the one doing my work for me.

you looked at a job or country, knew every aspect it had, every tax was available, and for what purpose, before you voluntarily entered into an agreement to make income or own property. Saying taxation is theft ignores consent. no one forced you to have an income or taxable property. even the rent itself isn't constitutionally mandated, and you could have tried to negotiate for lower taxes.

I could go on, but you get the idea. You're literally making your own case as to why taxation isn't theft.

You're saying "This doesn't have my permission" then giving examples as to why that's bullshit. I.e. I can apply them all virtually word for word to state taxation to show why taxes, at least in the United States, aren't theft.

so your circular logic is that tax exists, so you existing means you're subject to it?

a system of tax existed before i was alive, i did not consent to it.

saying taxation is theft doesn't ignore consent, because im given no other option. there is no consent to tax, one cannot exist in America without being subject to tax. you can not buy or sell anything, live anywhere, or do almost literally anything without being taxed. even the most insulated societies are subject to tax like the quakers. hell even Indians are subject to tax despite existing outside of the federal system in many ways.

im being charged for a package with no control as to what i get in that package. i can buy or sell anything, and if i try to live on my own im subject to laws of agriculture, hunting, etc where im taxed. i either pay taxes to some extent, risk fines, or die.

You have had the opportunity to leave, attempt to change the system, etc. etc. the entire time you've been alive. You also had 18 years where you weren't taxed to find all of the terms out and figure out a way to leave if you want. Sure, you can't really find a place without taxes, but I can't exactly find an unowned plot of land to avoid paying rent in some form either.

You've never consented to taxes. You've never been given an option not to pay them.

Sure I have. In the same way I got to choose homelessness over rent, you get to choose income and property with taxes, or choose not to have those things.

you've endorsed taxes, not consented to them. you can only consent if you're given a choice, you were never given a choice. choosing to have a job or not have a job based on the fact that it's taxed isn't consenting to taxes.

that's like saying if you were raped you consented to sex, and the only way not to consent is to not have sex. if you're not given a choice their is no consent.

Same with renting or owning a home then. I am not consenting to rent, I've merely endorsed it.

I can literally make 1:1 comparisons with home ownership because it's literally the same thing. It's a preexisting system you are more or less forced to interact with and all benefit is contingent on participating and not participating means you're going to at best live a life in the woods and at worst go to jail for violating it.
