you looked at a job or country, knew every aspect it had, every tax was available, and for what purpose, before you voluntarily entered into an agreement to make income or own property. Saying taxation is theft ignores consent. no one forced you to have an income or taxable property. even the rent itself isn't constitutionally mandated, and you could have tried to negotiate for lower taxes.
I could go on, but you get the idea. You're literally making your own case as to why taxation isn't theft.
so your circular logic is that tax exists, so you existing means you're subject to it?
a system of tax existed before i was alive, i did not consent to it.
saying taxation is theft doesn't ignore consent, because im given no other option. there is no consent to tax, one cannot exist in America without being subject to tax. you can not buy or sell anything, live anywhere, or do almost literally anything without being taxed. even the most insulated societies are subject to tax like the quakers. hell even Indians are subject to tax despite existing outside of the federal system in many ways.
im being charged for a package with no control as to what i get in that package. i can buy or sell anything, and if i try to live on my own im subject to laws of agriculture, hunting, etc where im taxed. i either pay taxes to some extent, risk fines, or die.
