Thank you for pointing out another one of the apparently non existent violations of the constitutions I speak about.

You're a snowflake that can only think of themselves at the expense of others. You've made that very clear.

Pointing out factual violations of peoples rights by the government = I am a "snowflake" that can only think of myself at the expense of others.

Interesting. That is some real fascinating newspeak.

Do you goosestep while you type your posts? Just curious.

- Independent from the coronavirus crisis, no churches or religious establishments should have a tax exempt status.
- Commercial megachurches should not be treated as 'small businesses' and thus be denied access to the generous terms of the SBA loans program.
- If the two points above have been ensured, then the remaining, normal churches should have access to the same programs as secular small businesses.

- Exceptions can and should be made for sites which are under observation by intelligence agencies for being radicalized and/or breeding terrorism. This applies to all kinds of religious establishments, not just mosques. But afaik, radicalized mosques with an islamistic imam are less of a problem in the U.S. anyway - that shit is more prevalent in Europe.

You don't have the right to spread disease lol.

Right now you're saying that you should have the right to yell fire in a crowded theater. You need to google compelling interest.

So you are claiming that Compelling address does not legally exist and that you have the right to yell fire in a crowded theater?

Dude you should really take a constitution class.

Okay? Saluting the flag doesnt harm others. The country doesn't have a compelling interest there but might in this case.
