Got held up due to some members, mostly Republicans, wanting an amendment to the unemployment insurance coverage. They feel the bill shouldn't pass as-is because "People would make more money on unemployment than working full time, which incentivizes people to not work".

Just recently they got back on track, and last I read they're expecting to vote on it tonight.
