Its pretty dumb lol. Boomers didnt tax and spend? You realize boomers have been the major political players that created our current debt right? The real issue is they traded long term success for short term comforts. They werent willing to look forward and see the long term problems they were creating. Thats every generation to a certain degree but they had their chance in power so now they get criticized.

If we really broke down the criticism from you and others here, it would boil down to boomers not taxing and spending enough. Except you would call it investing in infrastructure, education, sustainability, etc.

We didnt need to tax more, they should have spent differently. Ya know, less on oil subsidy and the like. Still, those projects would have paid off many times over so even ifm they spent more to do it it would have still been a great investment.
