I thought you were opposed to private companies prohibiting or penalizing speech?

I thought I made it quite clear that I'm opposed to folks pilfering and then using other people's platforms for their own soap box.

I think Blizz should allow free speech, however, their TOS clearly states they don't allow that, and what the consequences are if you don't abide by the TOS.



So... I think Blizz should allow it, and I think that kid should NOT usurp another's platform for his own use. He doesn't own Blizz, so he shouldn't be abusing it.

TOS are for the users, it doesnt obligate the service providers to do anything.

It's their own TOS. Who else is to decide whether something is in violation of their TOS if not them?
