Again, w/e his faults, and all politicians are dirt bags, it's their job...it's up to the people of Alabama as to who they want for their politicians.

so it's his job to be a dirt bag, to molest children?

and if it's just "up to the people of alabama", why does the president and the republican party endorse him?

Moore will win and then be booted and replaced before he unpacks his belongings.

Probably. But ya never know.
He might win and the white house may decide to keep him.

@ Snipa.

It's the right of the people to elect whomever they want. Clintons, Trumps or Moores.

inb4 another attack on the electoral college.

yes that same white house that's playing congress like a fiddle, right? RIGHT? RIGHT?

it would be an attack on the EC if i was suggesting he be removed from the race, legally. it's certainly not to express my opinion as a private citizen that i think the people of Alabama would be better served to vote in the Dem, choose another Rep, or unseat him before he gets off even one vote. That's the freedom of speech, feel free to attack THAT if u must.

The idea that every politician is corrupt, immoral, unethical, or that they all lie to the same degree, is one of those retarded lines simpletons use to justify voting for scoundrels like Moore and Trump.

You can feel however you want about a man's right to be held innocent until proven guilty. Which is the real gist of all this bruhaha.

no that's moot. as he's not on trial for anything.

If roy moore wins he wont be found guilty of anything nor serve any legal punishment, If roy moore loses he wont be found guilty of anything nor serve any legal punishment. why you keep bringing up his guilt or innocence in a court of law is beyond me, when such a thing cant be proven or disproven, as it's past the statute of limitations. thats not even getting into what i said about courtroom politics and the unlikelihood an acting DA would even see his day in court inside that SoL. Appealing to the court of law is a shameful and ignorant thing to do in this case, maybe you're just in the habit of doing it from cases where its actually applicable.

Will be shocked if a dem wins in Bama. May be close given Moore's questionable past and the bad press he has generated. Weird times we live in... never before have I paid attention to other states' senate contests.

Kiddie-diddler will win, a good question is whether Al Franken will actually throw himself on his sword, but I still think that's a 95%+ even when Moore wins, which isn't a 95%+
I will be very interested in seeing just how quickly Trump and the GOP distance themselves from Moore after he wins (quickly) or after he loses (faster than a black daddy)

Because he is running for a job FOR the people of Alabama. The opposition is running on the platform that Moore is a sexual predator, without him being ever convicted of such.
Alabama votes for republicans, they have for years.
I don't want Moore to lose, just because his opposition has $4.1 million to slander Moore.

You can't take only parts of what's going on and get indignant about it. It's all tied together.
