i think in reality they'll lost one voter for every 2 they gain with such a move. depending on the region. it might hurt them in alabama, but they still have that little troll Sessions to drop on Alabama to cool the flames whenever needed. i think in reality if they let him sit they would lose a lot more votes overall, but im no pollster so i have no hard data to back it up.
