He was saying they only jack up the margins on a few products and that's where they make most of their money. Most of their products are low cost and they make a very small margin on them.

Unfortunately the vast majority of Americans have no idea what the ACA does, or even what it is. It's such a massive and far-reaching law that also naturally is very complex, and it takes a long time to educate people about a subject like that that they know very little about. It also doesn't help that conservatives have spent the past 7 years lying to them about every aspect about it; every single thing they've said about the ACA is a lie.

It's been tremendously successful. It has its problems, but they would be fewer in amount and lesser in severity if its opponents weren't using all their time and energy trying to sabotage it.

Well, yes, they've made a ton of predictions that turned out to be completely inaccurate, including that one. There was the one about it actually increasing the insured rate (that was a good one), about the death panels, that no one would enroll, that the ACA wouldn't meet its enrollment goals, that people wouldn't pay their premiums, that it will "kill jobs," that it will increase the deficit, that Americans would hate their coverage through the ACA.

I could go on and on but they've said a lot of dumb things and I don't think it would be fair to make me recite all of them.
