I think its fair game to laugh at non-life threatening injuries, especially when they arise from unexpected circumstances such as this. But if that's not your bag the title certainly wouldn't be funny.

he gets warned out of pard (unlikely)

he gets caught having an obese person locked up in his mom's basement that he force feeds cake and oreos (much more likely)
