It's like 110 F and 5% humidity. Perfect weather for arthritis and rheumatism, for sure.

Yup, especially if you've got someone carrying an umbrella for you all the time. Golfing in the desert is kinda an old person tradition?

Loretta Lynch announced that she fully expects to accept the FBI recommendations regarding Hillary Clinton's criminal investigation. This signals that FBI Director James Comey could be in the driver's seat in determining whether indictment charges will be brought against HRC or not.

Hillary Clinton called the meeting between Loretta Lynch and Bill Clinton simply a "chance" meeting. She also acknowledged that the two probably wouldn't do it again and that "hindsight is 20/20." Sounds like a fitting Clinton campaign slogan to me.

Clinton's campaign insisted that the FBI's questioning with her yesterday was simply a "voluntary" meeting and a "review" of her email/private server criminal investigation as Secretary of State.

Regardless of where you stand in American politics, I hope everybody can realize that this is a terrible look for our country. Between Donald Trump rising to power and Hillary Clinton being in the middle of an FBI criminal investigation, who is going to be able to gain the public's trust and favorability and lead this country in positive direction? Either one of these candidate will inevitably divide American even further.

We look incompetent and corrupt as fuck right now. Former president Bill Clinton meeting with the head of the DOJ in the middle of a criminal investigation involving his wife (who is also running for president)? What a horrible look.

Maybe it's just me, but I'd rather not elect a leader coming off of an FBI investigation for being grossly negligent and making irresponsible decisions for "personal convenience" as the President of our country. Shoulda went with Joe Biden. But hey, hindsight is 20/20, right?

Nah, we're fine. It's just you being young and having unreasonably high expectations.

Pretty much. Conservatives keep saying Hillary is a flawed candidate, but every candidate is flawed in some way, and Hillary has more experience than anyone else who ran this year.

She's definitely not ideal and it's very possible that I throw my support behind Johnson assuming he pisses off the radical libertarians. Having said that, she's easily the most competent candidate we've had in a while.

Out of all the candidates who ran this year, who is ideal?

I think it is perfectly reasonable to have high expectations for the leadership of this country. Never should we become so cynical that we accept this amount of corruption as the default option. You're kidding yourself if you think all of this is normal or par for the course for American politicians.

We haven't had a major presidential nominee this wrapped up in scandals and criminal investigations since Richard Nixon's second bid for the Oval Office in 1972. Like Clinton, Nixon was brilliant, cunning, and had tons of potential as a leader, but his political scandals led to his undoing and a dark time period in American history.

In the context of Hillary Clinton's presidency, I'm fine with Warren becoming more involved. Maybe she will push her in the right direction on a couple of key issues this country is facing.

While it is true that every candidate is flawed in some way, it's sad to see older generations saying that young people expect too much from our leadership by not wanting them to be involved with criminal FBI investigations.

Personally, I have determined that Hillary Clinton is the best option to vote for out of all of the viable presidential candidates, but that does not mean I should simply accept her flaws or not criticize her corruption.

The American people must be vigilant in demanding our leadership to be trustworthy, transparent, and responsible. We should never default to accepting a certain levels of corruption.

It's just inevitable that politicians who get to the level where you have a shot at being president have some baggage. They made mistakes along the way to the top. She walked the line on State Department policy with her server.... and I could care less. Great presidents from the past have done much worse.

No this is literally the most pathetic election is U.S. history. Somehow, "we" managed to nominate two candidates who are universally despised by the vast majority of the population, one of whom is the subject of a criminal investigation. Never should this have been allowed.

By "we" I mean whoever actually decides the nominations, which is obviously not the people.
