Nah, we're fine. It's just you being young and having unreasonably high expectations.
I think it is perfectly reasonable to have high expectations for the leadership of this country. Never should we become so cynical that we accept this amount of corruption as the default option. You're kidding yourself if you think all of this is normal or par for the course for American politicians.
We haven't had a major presidential nominee this wrapped up in scandals and criminal investigations since Richard Nixon's second bid for the Oval Office in 1972. Like Clinton, Nixon was brilliant, cunning, and had tons of potential as a leader, but his political scandals led to his undoing and a dark time period in American history.

and with warren blowing smoke signals of love up her ass you must be extra frustrated right now?
In the context of Hillary Clinton's presidency, I'm fine with Warren becoming more involved. Maybe she will push her in the right direction on a couple of key issues this country is facing.

Pretty much. Conservatives keep saying Hillary is a flawed candidate, but every candidate is flawed in some way, and Hillary has more experience than anyone else who ran this year.
While it is true that every candidate is flawed in some way, it's sad to see older generations saying that young people expect too much from our leadership by not wanting them to be involved with criminal FBI investigations.
Personally, I have determined that Hillary Clinton is the best option to vote for out of all of the viable presidential candidates, but that does not mean I should simply accept her flaws or not criticize her corruption.
The American people must be vigilant in demanding our leadership to be trustworthy, transparent, and responsible. We should never default to accepting a certain levels of corruption.
