Individual law does not contradict state law enforcement (else arrests would be "kidnapping", fines would be "theft", etc :rolleyes: )

I find it weird that she added him on Facebook, like, "HEY MAN, I PUT YOU IN PRISON FOR A CRIME YOU DIDN'T COMMIT!!!! BE MY FRIEND ON FACEBOOK!"

I wanted to say something similar, but it's kinda tricky that a liar would never come forward when she could be punished for doing the right thing.

I can't imagine anything more horrible than having your name and honor tarnished because someone lied and called you a rapist. Your life is ruined after you spent 5 years in prison, where everyone you know thinks you're a scumbag.

she should be accepting to the idea that she deserves a punishment for the wrong she did, imo
