Yeah, but all that would happen is they'd pay the money back, and then a little more. They would pay even MORE if they didn't have anything extra as they would probably still smoke the same amount as if they had extra money(not all cases), and they wouldn't be using that extra money.

my "friend" , now at 36 years of age spent about 12-13 years smoking... he'll never get his FULL lungs back...
