Definitely Judaism; there's mention of an adversary in parts of the Old Testament, and Jesus mentions the evil one as well.

In Hebrew, Satan translates literally to Enemy, so I bet the name Satan came from Judaism. However, religion predates Judaism, and since it's easier to rally people when you share a common enemy, I'd imagine there are many older religions that have an evil figure just as a unifying force.

Possibly, I was just saying that in the terms of the Satan that people know about nowadays, belief in Satan would equal belief in God since the Biblical/Quran'ic Satan believes in God (belief in the sense that he knows God exists).

Yeah, that's probably true. I'm just Devil's Advocating, saying that it doesn't necessarily need to be true. In their case, they believe in God but believe that He's lesser than Satan (I'm guessing, at least, since I've never actually looked into Satanism).
