You make choices, you choose what you want to do..
Regardless of the end result, you made the decisions so you had free will..

No i don't, I always feel that other things that are superior to me are just guiding me, i feel as though no matter what I did, it wasn't because I chose to do it, it was because I was influenced to do it (such as routine things, being normal) or just guided, because sometimes i dont know why i did something, if it's irrational or such, etc...

and what natural instincts? stuff like that?

You have free will until you smoke pot or drink alcohol. Haven't you seen those above the influence commercials? come on!

How do you define free will? I think this is the only way to really start a discussion about this topic.
