and in the original they copied said changing the word of god is strictly forbidden.
God is described as not changing, therefore His word and standards do not change (Numbers 23:19, Malachi 3:6).

It be a shame if ChrisJewLam 2.0 rewrote it and said ours is the final final for real this time version and cannot be ever changed.

I cast that aside when I found out priests were raping kids, among other things. But some people will enable anything and others still will work to cover it up. Great group of people to jel yourself with.

True or false.

We have had rapists in every race and/or religion.

You have a disparaging comment about Islam even in this thread. Are you really that unaware of the things you say?

No I’m a Baha’i, so I don’t believe in or follow Sharia law for today’s society building. I do believe that it was divine and authoritative around the 7th century up until the advent of the Báb in 1844 as the forerunner of the Promised One (Bahá’u’lláh) Malachi 3:1, Malachi 4:5-6, Matthew 11:13-14, Revelation 11, Daniel 8:13-14, John 16:12-13

In regards to that comment which frames the peace of Jesus with the military role of Muhammad, the use of force in early Islam was contingent on tribal warfare, persecution, and the need to establish social order in a brutal era

This reflects the conditions of Arabia at that time and not Muhammad’s inner reality or station. It’s also not meant to be a pattern for later ages (like those who claim Jihad to get revenge or carry out terror)
