The current state of the US judicial system is “Guilty until proven innocent”. This is largely in part to the role media, social media and politicians play into contorting the minds of the masses(yes, even judges and jurors).

Whether it’s Biden, Trump, Obama, Clinton or Bush the media has already drilled it into the heads of the masses that these men are guilty of things they haven’t even been convicted for yet. So much so, that even if they are ever found not guilty of something nearly half the nation will think it’s a “cover up”.
