Every illusion goes up in smoke but the difference here is much more serious. A human being can have their physical body manipulated for obscene purposes. Cosmetic purposes and pay for all of it(like you mentioned) and then in 10 years hate themselves with a deep vitriol for making an ignorant decision at an age when your mind has not fully formed(33).
