I agree. As long as proper channels are followed why not? Personally I’m not against legal immigration.

I'd say cannabis legalization was a good thing overall, although it wasn't done very well

It brought prices down alot, which you could argue means more people will smoke it = a bad thing, but everyone

Now, the pseudolegalization of very hard & dangerous drugs has been of course an absolute disaster

Legalization needs the proper support systems in place.

You go to a clinic to get your drugs and they can help lower your dosage and ween you off the drug you are addicted to.

You also need to provide housing for people, which we don't do at all in Canada anymore.

It is cheaper to do these things than it is to deal with the crime and medical issues these people create if left on their own. They can also get back in the workforce and start paying taxes.

But you need public housing and food supply. We wouldn't want to hurt the bottom line of the Real estate investors though.

Instead we are lowering capital gains tax so they can make more money when they sell their 17th investment property.


Harris lost because Americans are racist, sexist, selfish and don't actually care about the rule of law. Lots of Canadians like that too. Just slightly more prominent in America.

And people only vote for her because the opposite is Trump.

I didn't vote for trump or harris, but seems pretty obvious what happened...

1. "I'm not trump" is not a policy.
2. Harris didn't win the primary, she was installed.
3. The attempts on trumps life left him a martyr.
4. Trump embraced the 3 hour "manosphere" podcasts and new media to appeal to younger male voters, while harris podcast experience was doing call her daddy. (Of which only 7 minutes was aired, a separate YouTube channel had to upload the full 40 min cause it was so bad)
5. Issues like men in women's sports are not 50/50. They are at least 80/20 and, depending on the state, 95/5.

Personal note: I noticed in my family and friendships that for some reason, harris supporters said they would never talk to me again If I voted for trump. Additionally that if I did I was a racist, sexist pig etc.... This was not the case for trump supporters when I talked about voting for harris. It was mostly indifference or we just have a disagreement and argue about it.

None of this really matters if they choose another vp candidate named Tim for 2028. Then we will know for sure that's the reason Hillary and Kamala lost.

The whole “If you’re not with us you’re against us” attitude politicians are taking costs them A LOT of votes.

The problem that leftists dont get is that you need a *hard* shutdown of illicit supply, which means enacting "fascism" - hunting down and killing all dealers and suppliers, with an iron fist fear approach to deter any infiltration into the market

But leftists scream Hitler at that 🤷‍♂️
