Clearly, reading isn't your friend. Soot in the stratosphere gets carried worldwide and absorbs solar radiation.
And it settles very quickly. Aerosols such as sulfate aerosols take a few years, soot (large particles) will settle in under a year.
And the soot wouldn't even be injected into the stratosphere. Do Indians live near the stratosphere? Volcanic eruptions of sufficient power will inject aerosols and other larger particles into the stratosphere, that's because it erupts upwards with tremendous force and velocity. Nukes don't do that. The USA and Russia have both extensively tested massive nukes and the world doesn't end, because they understood the science. And we know exactly how long it takes to settle from both observation of natural events (e.g. Mount Pinatubo) and atmospheric physics, which you clearly know nothing about.
