Yeah but we are talking about today. Not 200 years ago. I'm fairly certain. I don't see how more people right now, helps our situation in any positive way. We don't have enough resources as it is.

There are plenty of resources in the world, what there isn't is enough resources for people to live with the modern life style in 1st world countries. That is why the population spikes in less developed countries compared to a lot of 1st world countries. I know what you are saying and its not completely incorrect, but is the solution abortion among the 1st world country en masses or education and development of countries where people have kids because they are bored or need them to work at a young age to survive?

I'm sorry, but I don't see the logic in producing more humans that cannot live an equitable life. Now if you'd ask pretty much anyone, i will hand you this, i'm pretty sure none of us wanted to be aborted. I don't care and how rich or poor you are. Existence is far better than non existence. But unfortunately, we don't have an alltruistic society. Sure there's a lot of us that are. But the vast majority are stingy, self important, greedy and heavily invested in instant gratification.

Specifically East Asians. And maybe some South East Asians like Philippines

The fact that we had starving people is pretty much all the evidence I need. Sure we probably have enough food everybody, but we don't have. Equitable distribution of that food. That my good man fellow is the crux of my point.

Yeah, I think you're assuming facts about my political leanings that are not in evidence. I am pro fossil fuels. Eventually we will run out and we will have to by necessity pivot. I'm also not a part of the white privilege crowd.
