This is such an awkward stance to have, diversity occurs naturally in video games and isn't a new concept, video games aren't "ignoring woke culture" they could not literally care less about what you're so worked up on lol. Every game receives backlash for some reason or another, wukong got massively hyped from proper advertisement, I literally couldn't stop hearing about it. Whereas this concord game? Literally wasn't in my adverts until a week after it released, and by your bigoted stance I should be the "core audience" lmao
Black Myth Wukong didn’t receive any backlash, it was mostly the IGN woke journalist falsely accusing of its game developers of being sexist and the game lacked diversity. The East didn’t care for woke influence in the game.
Rebekah Valentine needs to come out and admit wrong for purposely maliciously translating the Chinese language with her Korean translator.Gamers are putting her on the grill big time, that’s why she went into hiding on twitter and only posts in her little “echo chamber” about how everyone is gaslighting her. She also claimed how the article was her most important work and put forth so much effort. It seems the internet isn’t letting her go.
I definitely wouldn’t say games have naturally occurring woke stuff. BG3 had too much “content” in it, a lot of people liked the game but didn’t like the extra unnecessary stuff. If games naturally had woke stuff in it, then Sweet Baby Inc wouldn’t exist. Black Myth Wukong also isn’t overhyped since it continued with record breaking numbers active per day, plus it also had 96% overwhelmingly positive review, to do all that, the game has to be good.
