They are counting Russian prostitutes, its really a misnomer.
Countries with Sharia law are also misleading numbers because under the legal framework in a lot of those countries is the concept of Custody, and slavery being interchangeable or the same.
A disabled individual being taken care of by a family member is counted as slavery.
