Read about black September in Jordan and lebanon civil war and you will understand why it didnt happened until now

no, they can go to other muslim countries and do what they do in the west to them. or, those muslim countries can educate these people on how to actually live peacefully.

the answer is the same as to the question "should a child have a cell phone?". sure, once they show they can handle it.

given that the west bank wont hold elections because they're afraid Hamas will win there too, id say now isn't the right time.
