By new I mean what is different from male\female vs your supposed third sex. Are humans who suffer from a DSD not male or female, but some new sex? Are only some? Is the broad diagnosis 'disorders of sex development' pathologizing different sexed humans, as some queer theorists have thought?

I looked into Klinefelter syndrome, it's very interesting and I see they are particularly susceptible to all sorts of ailments, but I fail to see why you think it ought to be classified as a third sex. Why do you think it should be?

I think the pronouns addition may have solved that to a large degree.

If god forbid they need surgery, the doctor will need to know their birth gender in order to properly dose things like anesthesia. Those with Klinefelter have traits that don't match man or woman.

However, they can also choose whatever pronouns they want in any other case.

We live in a free and democratic country, you can voice your opinion freely without being persecuted (to some degree, see Snowden :lol: ). You can identify as whoever or whatever you want, I don't HAVE to accept that. I'll never question your human rights or discriminate you otherwise in a formal matter (work application) but I don't have to accept things not related to work or normal coexistence with each other. I can lie that I accept and keep quite about it (the way political correctness is silencing critics) but that would be dishonest and not the point in the first place. As soon as someone tries to make me do something, I get super aggressive IRL :lol:

Nope, a trangender is another human being. If that person asks me to call him/her they/them, I won't comply. I won't treat a male to female transgender as female and a female to male transgender as male. If I ever see a male to female transgender in a female locker room I'd beat the shit out of that person.
