Do you think thousands of stories equates to literally every cop being bad?

I'm with you that there is a huge problem, but the idea that literally not a single cop is a moral person who wants to protect the community they have been tasked with protecting is ridiculous.

My issue here is the lazy wording of "all...". Why not just stick with something that is demonstrable like "too many cops are bastards", if that were the saying I'd be saying "Yup, that's true".
